Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello, I'm 19 years old. I have stomach pains (Upper left) every afternoon from 5 pm to 9 pm. I have this problem for 10 months. I checked up on doctors and they gave me Omeprazole and Dimethicone and ِDompridone (Because I have Reflux too) I did Ultrasonography and some Blood test and all of them are normal. I also lose some weight from Summer to this winter. is it dangerous or is it necessary to do Endoscopy? ( i have a lot of anxiety)

When i go number 2 on the toilet. There is often blood on the toilet paper. It is not in the stool but is coming from a lump in the anus. It only occurs 1 or 2 times a week but has been going on for a little while

I have experience a lot of loud farts for many years. Farting is normal but most people I know would say that it is excessive. I have adjusted my diet multiple times and the frequency has stayed the same. Frequently constipated (removed gluten and dairy in August 2016 and removed caffeine September 2017 with little improvement0 . My periods are the same regular frequency and flow. Farts stink more when sick. Family history of cancer, heart disease, mental health issues, and diabetes.

I have been suffering from piles since teenage and was unable to convey the same to the family. I had undergone treatments by dr. Batra homepathy for 2 yrs in 2011 and 2012, the problem seems to have temporarily cured. But it has cropped up again recently. Though it gets resolved in few days. But recently it has not got resolved for last three months. And it pains with every bowel movement sometimes blood also pours. I could feel a pointed development below. Which I need to push back in after every bowel movement . It hurts a lot, while movement and also pushing in. It pains all day sometimes. As if trying to come out. I need atleast a temporary fix so that hurting stops than only I will be able to go to doctor for further examination. I am currently stuck in financial crisis and don't want to tell this to my wife yet .

Hello, my problem is this before 4 weeks I have a fewer, and I take 8 day antibiotics. Pancef 400. But I dont fill god I have a pain in gluteal region and I touch a hardness in the right side of the anus. I am afraid what can be, abscess or rectal cancer!

I get blood mixed with MUCUS in stool...Capsule endoscopy revealed duodenal and proximal jejunal lymphangiectasia and small bowel erosions and sigmoidoscopy revealed areas hyperamia and superficial ulcer in rectum...earlier ct scan reports revealed clumped ileal loops(SAIO)[now obstruction has been cleared via surgery)with mild wall thickening +mesentric lymphadenopathy +minimal straw coloured free fluid in abdomen...is it IBD?Both crohns and ulcerative colitis...what is lymphangiectasia?

I have a throat infection for about 2 weeks now. Took medicine from the local doctor but no relief. There is a constant headache as well. Also for the past 3 or 4 days i get stomach ache after eating. Please advise.

I just did my routine blood test and found by bilirubin to 2.72 ( 0.59 Direct and 2.13 indirect). How serious is this. I am planning to consult a doctor but i just wanted to know if it is very serious?

I went to the gym 3 days ago and i lift some weight to reduce the belly .after that i did some exercise and when i go home my stomach was pain very badly. Now its has been 3 days now still having pain under the belly like cramps suddenly pain get started after a few second pain will be normal than again after few minutes pain will be started .

I have anul fessure. It pains a lot during bowel movement. Some time red blood also come with the stool. I have cosult with gastro & also with a surgeon. After colonscopy they told heald fessure. Is hilo capsule work to get comfort from this pain? Pls suggest
