From last 7 days I have acidity problem , loose motion , vomiting and whatever I am eating I feel to vomit . Suggest me

I am suffering from loosemotion and severe headache I am suffering almost two weeks

Symptoms(from 2.5 months) -Dull ache around the last right rib(radiates to back most of the times) -Dark stools(not black, and some parts are brown) -the only thing keeping my anxiety levels normal is haven't lost a single pound since 2 months, no loss of appetite

Acidity and loose motion occur every month but Iavoid oily and spice food

I am having severe stomach pain n dysentry not able to eat anything properly , i think j m hvng severe stomach infection

Its been nearly 3days im facing pain in my lower area of left ribs when i deep breath or when i laugh. I did not had breakfast two days before and it started from that day, so i thought it might be a gas trouble. But it is still aching even after 2 days. Please tell me if its a trapped gas issue or anything else serious?

I am facing the issue of acid reflux which is causing pain in my throat. I am currently taking nexpro and leviflox 500 along with gaviscon after meals. The pain is better but gets triggered and is not relieving.

Stomach pain stomach burning and white menes problem  after normal monthly menes and ulcers and back pain continuesly

Please suggest me what shud i do as i am very unhappy becoz of this problem early in the morning i start with burping no matter what i eat and severe acidity which does not subside even after taking zinetac 150 mg or digene syrup after meals ... i dont understand whst i should eat so that this does not happen but still i keep suffering .. i just dont know what to do. I am also suffering with hypothyroidism and taking 37.5 mg of thyronorm daily empty stomach

Severe bloating and lump in the throat feeling. Constant burping. Upper abdomen pain. Acidity. Please recommend an antibiotic as the pain has not gone despite being on medication for past week. Have been on Pan40, Levogastrol, Hyocinmax, Sparacid.
