I have been having mild pain in right side of abdomen, below the last rib. the pain is since 6 to 7 months. it is intermittent, comes and goes monthly once for 2 or 3 days. I got an ultrasound done and it showed multiple gall bladder polyps with maximum size of 5 mm. The report said the following : "Multiple hyperechoic foci without posterior acoustic shadowing noted arising from the wall of gall bladder, largest measuring 5 mm" Is gall bladder removal surgery required ? how to know if the polyps are malignant and if it will grow more?

Sir gass problem &digestive issues. 20 day's please tell me medicine. Very heavy gass problem. No food.

I have stomach pains since October 2015, my stomach usually pain when im hungry and continue paining couples of hours.. there is no any good staying position that i can get better from my stomach pain. I went to private clinics 2 time Ultrasound thats was Normal. i also went to GB Pant Hospital and LNH Hospital both are also Normal from Ultrasound Reports and Bloods and Xray. the doctor told me to take Pantop and to drink lot of water. still im facing tomatch pain and i dont get any improvement. Please Tell me which private doctor is better for me, and how much it will cost me to check Endoscopy. Im stay in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. plz let me know Good Doctor nearest me.

Frequent stomach ache with bloating. Burning sensation in the oesophagus. Happens on a regular basis.should I go for an ultrasound?

Sir I am experiencing gas like conditions since last week. Am a banker so have to sit for almost 9hours with 3,4cups of tea. Had drinks last week with ordered food from outside. When touched around stomach then found some rounded fatty lobules which pain in pressing. On both sides of abdomen. Am taking norflox Allegra and pantacid now. First time am experiencing this. What do you suggest sir?

Sir, I am male 5fit 10 inch,  81 kg. Since last 5 years I am taking maintenance dosage injection of b12 once in a 3 months. My b12 level is 350 as per current report. Actually I was talking eldervit 12 but due to unavailability in my current city I consult MD Medicine who ask me to take Nurokind plus injection but after taking this since last 9 months 3 inj.. I am feeling lot of stomach gas discomfort. My all executive blood reports & USG abdomen is normal. I don't have any constipation or diarrhea problem. Kindly advise whether I can take neurobion inj or suggest good reputed company inj which can solve my stomach gas problem  and due to this I mentally also gets upset many times during day. I always remained worried due to gas & fart 6-8 times in a day. Or Kindly suggest good course of treatment to treat b12, anxiety & gas farting issue

I had undergone colectomy 10 years ago. It was suspected to be IBD. I had minor gas issues. But since last 6 months, it has increased too much. Painful gastritis. Please suggest what should I do. I am afraid if I have to undergo operation again
