A moving pain in my tummy

It is like a lump..i thought it was hernia but it moves from one place to another..as if something is passing through my intestines..please help!

Please see a general surgeon at the earliest. You need a clinical examination on the basis of which further tests will be prescribed such as ultrasound or barium x Ray's or a CT scan. It may be hernia, or an intestinal obstruction/intussusception or just normal exaggerated bowel movements.
