Hernia pains
I had an inguinal hernia surgery on my right side april 2017. Every time I try to go back to the gym I feel as if I'm gonna pass out. I also still have a discomfort where my surgery was. It was an open surgery not laproscopic. I was wondering what could be the cause of the feeling of blacking out since I'm scared of going to the gym for this reason and if its fixable.

It would be best to visit the doctor who operated upon you to determine why you still have discomfort, and the reason for feeling like you will blackout.
