Consult about liver
Hello, I need some clarification about my father health, bcoz before 4 months he have jaundice problem but it not cured still now. We consult with doctor they told, my father have liver cirrhosis problem. We can't be cured we have to transplant his liver. But in siddha they tell us we no need to transplant bcoz Ur father is not in advance stage. Pls guide us and tell me last stage symptoms of liver problem. And now we taking only medicines not siddha treatment, we just get second opinion.

Please consult a qualified hepatologist at a transplant center with all reports alnong with uncleji . If he has cirrhosis, then at some point , he may need liver transplant. At present you need to know when to transplant. By that time we need to optimize his health to postpone transplant as far as possible.   Please get LFT, INR, sodium , creatiine , AFP level, USG abdomen and meet a hepatologist. You may also calculate his MELD score from internet once u do these tests and if score is more than 15, there are high chances that be will need a liver transplant. U may follow his progress by calculating his MELD score every 3 to 6 months
