I have been suffering from altered bowels frm a long time and taking medication ,but now also i feel fullness after eating,pls help

For the past two days I have been feeling pain in my upper right/middle abdominal area when I squat to pick something up as well as pain in my lower left abdominal area when I do anything strenuous and my lower back

I 'm very worried as I have gut inflammation, raised calprotectin levels, my gerd has worsened, swollen stomach, nausea, fatigue, bloating and struggling to eat and a lump just under my belly and tender pain in my stomach. My acid reflux is bad as well. I'm seeing a gastrologist at Ashford One who says it's a bit of IBS. My doctor thinks it might be ovarian issues as I have endometriosis and have red patch in my mouth near bottom teeth. What tests do I need?

I have Chrons disease and ileum rescection in June 2005. I have been on remicade, azatharopine, and currently on Humira and Methorexate. My Gyn dr said today from my ultrasound I have enlarged uterus with Adenomyosis. I have crohns disease and its in the ileum, my Gyn suggested a Hysterectomy and said it is risky because of the Crohn’s disease. I would like to have the hysterectomy but I would like to know which Hysterectomy procedure is best and will having Hysterectomy be advised and safe
