My father is suffering from gastro esophageal ulcer. I wanna know what he should avoid and what he should take for his meals. What he should do and don't. Some says he should not take yoghurt, cauliflower, and potatoes some says he should take them. Please suggest me the right thing.

Well I have bad abdominal pains in my right side first ct scan doctor came back and said I had mesentric lymphenditis and a few days later pain is worse so I went back and cat scan showed nothing what could be causing this pain urine and blood work cane back ok

My Liver Size is 16.5cm. Enlarded in size and shows increased echogenicity. No focal Lesions. No IHBR dilatation. In Ultrasound Scanning of Whole Abdomen the impression is - Mild Hepatomegaly with Grade I Fatty Liver. Present doctor did not prescribe any medicine. Can you please suggest me is this impression indicates any serious problem or what should i need to do.
