Severe stomach pain in lower the epigastric region..(eka eka pet dars hone laga or pet ko maalis krne pr accha ho raha h)

Sir, I am male 5fit 10 inch,  81 kg. Since last 5 years I am taking maintenance dosage injection of b12 once in a 3 months. My b12 level is 350 as per current report. Actually I was talking eldervit 12 but due to unavailability in my current city I consult MD Medicine who ask me to take Nurokind plus injection but after taking this since last 9 months 3 inj.. I am feeling lot of stomach gas discomfort. My all executive blood reports & USG abdomen is normal. I don't have any constipation or diarrhea problem. Kindly advise whether I can take neurobion inj or suggest good reputed company inj which can solve my stomach gas problem  and due to this I mentally also gets upset many times during day. I always remained worried due to gas & fart 6-8 times in a day. Or Kindly suggest good course of treatment to treat b12, anxiety & gas farting issue

I am suffiring from gastritis for 10 years.my body dizzines from gastritis.present i take pantap d medicine

I had undergone colectomy 10 years ago. It was suspected to be IBD. I had minor gas issues. But since last 6 months, it has increased too much. Painful gastritis. Please suggest what should I do. I am afraid if I have to undergo operation again

I’m feeling very uneasy from last 2 days, feels like stomach is heavy but urine and motion are not happening.

I have been dealing with sharp dull pain a rate about 7-8 in the lower abdomen on the side of ovary to point where I can't move all day and then sometimes it's just a phase possibly believe it's "middle pain" or cyts

Dear doctor , I have done endoscopy , blood test, thyroid test and related other test .all are result is in my favor but still I have gastric & acidity problem .feeling heavy and midnight it's major so that I can't sleep. I used panto , galusin and other gastric related medicine but not valuable I'm not using tea, coffee or other spicy food or outside food and I always do yoga and morning walk but still I'm suffering from gastric & acidity problem long time back Pls suggest what should I do for my better health

My stomach or intestine makes noises all day, having difficulty focusing on regular work and it makes me feel unsafe

After defacation,a burning and itching i can feel in that area. Not everytime,specially if I poop after lunch/dinner or If i do after some time then only i feel the burn. Otherwise no burning in morning after defacation. If I take spicy food then also burns. What is the problem? What to do? Is it serious?

Hi. I have been having rotating pain in the stomach since last 3 - 4 days accompanied by excessive gas. Which is causing discomfort. Visits to the washroom has also increased but not with loose motions as such. I took an antacid but it didn't really help. I have a habit of missing meals or having meals at irregular intervals. Please advice.
