Fatigue after eating
I get very tired after eating. My endocrinologist gave me a blood glucose meter to check my blood sugar levels after eating and in waking in the AM. They are all normal ( not diabetic )
I do have an iron deficiency. Can this cause the fatigue after eating?

A small thin wall cortical cyst measuring18mm*16mm was seen in the mid pole of my left kidney with few calcification within it :complicated cyst (grade ll) on march,2016. It is still in same size on February,2018.I feel pain in lower abdomen in left side oftenly.. Is it harmful & how much??
