What is perional abcess? And a small heat bubble near 3cms to the uterus? I gone to doctor and doctor given the prebiotic and probiotic tablets. But my problem is not solved completely

I am 25yrs old ,i am eating lot and lots of slate pencils and i couldn't control it,if i stopped eating for one day my tough becomes dry and it tempts to get slate pencils..kindly help me how to stop eating it

After having lunch yesterday, I started vomiting ( 3 times) everything came out. Can't eat since. After that started the watery bowel movement. Very weak and have fever.
