Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have headache since last three years now I get acid reflux problem also. And some time I feel sore throat and pain in throat. Why I get this sufferings since past six months.

Report says Mildly enlargement of spleen, deficiency in Vitamin D, low platelet. I often gets fever, body pain, and tiredness.

I have taken kharsutra therapy for piles and now its 6th day after therapy but i m feeling weakness ..how many days i have to take rest and after how many days i can start my life as before

I have a digestion problem during after 7pm everyday. How to solve this problem. Pls help me.
