Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have chronic pain in right abdomen at every morning(5-6am) which awaken me.Then I wake up and walks and pain disappears.there is no other problem through out the day

It is for my dad who is 62 years old. He doesn't feel like eating anytime. But outside food is given, je likes having that. He suffers with acute  gastric issues. Also, at times he feels uneasy and loss of breathe... due to this, he doesn't eat most of the things (mainly home cooked) which he thinks causes gastric trouble and he is dizzy and sleepy all round the day with no energy... I have mussas on my anus still it doesn't pain but when I pass stool comes out. I have always constipation so I regular use some triphla at night or some other churn like alsi etc.

If blood test CBC ,KFT,LFT AND BUN CRITAININE report s are okey then is it possible any problem regarding liver , kidney and any other stomach related problems. I have lighter pain and not clearing stool at a time .
