Spleen removed leaving a large scar that
I fell out of my loft and it took 5 days to detect my spleen was rumptured could of it been saved if they did a ct scan on the day I now how to have loads of injections plus have to take 4 antibiotics a day and have a nasty 8 inch scar

If CT showed ruptured spleen , it means it was ruptured on day 1 also.. so irrespective of of which day it was done, u would need surgery
Ur probable situation- doctors treating probably tried to avoid doing surgery initially, later when ur situation didn't get better, they did CT n eventually did splenectomy..
Regarding scar, it's unavailable.. u will be fine though.. take care..
