Based on your concern of gas, bloating, heaviness, and difficulty in passing stools, this is commonly seen due to irregular eating habits, low fiber intake, inadequate hydration, sedentary lifestyle, or functional acidity/indigestion. In most cases, this can be effectively managed with diet correction and simple lifestyle changes.
