Hi recently I have done my health check up. I am 33 years old and report says I have grade 2 fatty liver. In the liver function test I could see Serum Globulin as 3.5 all others are within normal range. I used to take red meat a lot and was drinking very less water. Was it the main reason to develop fat in liver? My height is 5.11 and I am weighing 83 KG. I have started morning walk. Please let me know what would be cause for fatty liver and what do I need to do to reverse it back to normal

Iam Dr. Akhilesh, a vet; i have been passing blood stained stools for last 4 days and it is very painful during and after defecation. It is quite uncomfortable and uneasiness for me to live with this... this is recurring after every 4 to 5 months and these symptoms will be there for 8 to 10 days and the pain and bleeding subsides on its own..
