I have feelings a certain pain in my stomach. After eating some sweets made of flour. After eating them inhave played football too. Thn my stomach started paining it feels like i will vomit. What to do ?

Hi, I got diagnosed with an enlarged liver (span 16.1 cm) with fatty infiltration 1.5 months back. The doc just asked me to regulate my lifestyle. Since then I have had any non-veg, oil, potato or alcohol. After a 1 month detox I got a liver function blood test done. My SGPT came as 56(normal upto 40). Apart from this all other enzymes GGTP , SGOT are within range. Does this indicate something bad?. When can I resume my earlier life with the 1 alcohol day a week and some meat.

Loose motions since two days.Taking metrogyl 400 mg and entero phenol tablets twice a day , but loose motions continue to persist.
