From last year 10-15 days diarrhea problem and blood with stool please suggest me a batter madicine and details about my disease

I have stomach pain issue from 2 months , my doc gave me 10 daya anti biotic and gas med for 1 month , i was ok but after that it is coming again. I went to new doc he asked for some test , i want to show you. I have lower right abdomen pain and lower back pain. Some time pain is there in full abdomen. Ultrasound is don .there is no stone in kidny or in track.

I have been having a bloated stomach with crunching pain in my upper and right abdomen (Large intestine area). It feels as if something is also stuck in my oesophagus and it leads to a lot of burping. I frequently get the need of going to excrete. I have taken a probiotic tablet, Vibact for the same but it isn't helping.

Recent took aceclofenac tablet for knee and back pain.Due to that faced blood in stool and breathing issue.Has to take the breath manually and most of the times getting stomach ache.Whats the anti dose i have to take

I am suffering from overnight gas problem since 2 years.I have visited many doctors but some of them told that I don't sleep well at night so the gas starts forming.It effects my study and football.What can I do?Is there any permanent solution?
