  4. Diagnosed IBD/UC. The reason for this?

I have been diagnosed with IBD and Early stàge of Ulcerative Colitis. I want to know what kind of special care I should take? Like Diet and other things. My doctor has asked me not take Milk and Chilly Powder is this ok? Is this condition reversible? I generally don't eat anything from outside even then this condition has arrived. What could be the reason for this?
