I have diagnosed IBD aka UC in 2024 march due to steriods course i have gained about 8 9 kgs due after stopping steriods my weight started losing without any efforts almost lost 5 6 kgs in 6 months. I am feeling very under confidence i just want to gain some weight and put on some muscle mass as before pls any one can suggest me any supplement or deit regarding conclusion. Morning eat 5-6 khajoor.
Add kishmish soaked in water 10-12 .
Almond 5 soaked in water overnight n consum.

Eat two banana, cucumber, gajar with heavy breakfast like paratha, sprouts.
At 10 11 add fruits
Weight × 10= gms.
Butter milk.
In lunch roti green vegetables, curd, one bowl daal rice cooked one small bowl.
Followed by butter milk.
At tea time add paneer, tofu or 250 gm milk, with some salad sprouts.
Use juice of beetroot pomegranate gazar tomato anwala one glass or so till all available as in 15 -20days.
For gut health, hb.
Dinner must be light upto 7.30.
If at night feel hungry only fruit as banana.
You can consume soaked or rosted chana.
Tab practine4 mg one hr before dinner it induce hunger eat well followed by sleep.
You need not to worry about your weight, will have to control your disease and put you in remission, keep up to a balanced diet and regular follow up with gastroenterologist.
