Sir my spleen size is 19.My problem is that I have a tarry black stool.Showed to Doctor. Doctor prescribed veloz D tablet & got relieved from black stool. But without taking medicine again made me to have black stool again.My haemoglobin had again reduced to 5.70 after blood transfusion from 8.7 i . e after 6 months .what to do

I had loose motion several times since morning ,and feeling like vomittingnow in the evening I'm down with fever .
