Sir, I was feeling some sweet pain in the right part of abdomen (5~6inches right of nabhi) for the last few weeks and then gone for USG. In USG the gall bladder has some adenomyomatosis. Sir, what is this and what should be the future course of action? Whether that can be cured with medicines or only surgery is the option...Plz suggest me.

I have severe pain in my stomach I have done sonography result is gall bladder appears normally distended and shows multiple calculi and echogenic sludge in it. Largest size measure 17 mm minimal edema of GB wall seen rest normal USG of abdomen.so now what to do? Doctor suggested for surgery of GB.
