Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello, My dad's been having this issue where he is unable to eat anything. Even water makes him vomit. We conducted several tests - ultrasound scan, 2D echo scan, Endoscopy, Blood tests, CT Scan - Abdominal but nothing shows anything significant. Need help.

I was diagnosed with Reflux Oesophagitis 2 years ago. Since then I am on and off Omeprazole 20mg. My concern is that I don't have typical reflux symptoms, when it flares up I mostly feel uber dizzy, pressure (strain) in my throat and head. There is bloating and acidy, foaming saliva and vitamin D deficiency. What can I do to stop feeling dizzy?

I feel very difficult to go potty daily in morning. and if I go i will get mucus along with potty . I feel unfinished with potty. after some point of time I feel hungry .

Gas trouble. Farting, and sometimes feels burning in Lower abdomen. Can you please suggest me a way to maintain the healthy stomach.

Iam suffering from mild reflux esophagitis and gerd having gas more when I eat I take daily rekool d tablet in the morning

Frequent stomach ache and bloating from past 1 year. Ultrasound showed multiple mesenteric lymphadenitis largest measuring 0.9cm ×0.6cm Blood tests CRP-4.8mg/L Vitamin B12-67.57pg/ml What are the next steps to be followed?

When I wake up in the morning I feel acidity and stomach pain and I come back from washroom then I feel itching over rectum. I go to the toilet for 2 to 3 times for potty.

I've been having breadth problem due to gas for 1year so what medicine will I have to eat

I am 33 and recently diagnised with grade 2 fatty liver in usg.and my dr gave me some medicines. Can anyone suggest what should i take n avoid in diet. I feel weak and loss of appetite nowadays.i have also lost some 7 kgs in last 3M(donno coz of this or irregular meals for 2M).i feel like going to washroom and use it more than 2 times a day. I feel uncomfortable the whole day and feel a little pain in abdomen or intestines. Dr has suggested CT scan. Expecting your expert advice on this.please
