Stomach Problems & Remedies

My throat feels tight like i wore a tie. Not so tight but . Its quiet discomfrting.. I had 4 endoscopies from 2011 and very recent was in dec 2017..an inconclusive barrets   was diaganosed in latest ES and also in 2013...i mean not visible to doc in endoscope but biopsy says so.. but a 2cm barrets was seen in 2014 ES ....all 4 biopsies  say BE without goblet cells or IM .i dont get burning sensation..if at all it will be there for few minutes after eating some food that too ocasaonally...this throat tight ness along with throat clearing irritating me..tightness also comes while sleeping like in savasana or sitting in slant position in sofa or study chair.. but feel better sleeping on left side .took  many PPIs but it did not go away..ENT says nothing wrong...i now devdloped fear of food allergy and is going into panic mode after eating because i dont know whether that thtoat tightness is because of acidity or anaphylatic reaction to food.please suggest its affecting my quality of life

Baby is 2 months old. Feeding her similac n breast milk(expressed as she doesn’t latch). She vomits a lot and doctor told it’s GERD based on what I told. Is there any tests to make sure it’s GERD?What is the solution if its GERD? Also,from last two days her intake has reduced considerably. Should we worry about it or is it normal? Thanks in advance

My sgot is 42 and my sgopt is 82. Total bilirubin is 1.33. Direct billirubin is 0.66. Indirect billirubin is 0.67. My cbc report is normal. My billirubin level scares me, is there any problem please help.
