I thought that I had a bowel blockage since haven't gone in 5 days gave enema no results just water today have lower abdominal pain and cant urinate but have very warterie stools just liquid and cant pee I was thinking I might have perforated my colon and bladder is this possible

Pain in right side of lower stomach . previously it was happen on 26 Jan but resolve by taking some gas medicine .

I m having the below symptoms: Benching Stomach fullness Gas Sometime heart burn Constipation Had a complete blood test last week and found every thing normal except vit-D(9) and iron. Abdomen ultra sound report is also normal. I think I am facing this for last 1.5 years. Taking a antacid gives some relief. Please guide me.

It was difficult for me to swallow food 2 years ago, so doctor advised to do endoscopy and prescribed medicine. I felt severe constipation and skin eaching which was side effect of medicine. I later on started aurvedic medicine which gave more relief...but still I am suffering from GERD.. please suggest suitable medical treatment...shall I go for homeopathy or panchgavy

I've done an endoscopy and my result shows LAX cardia,GERD LA Grade A and mild antral erythema what is this??what kind of medicine should I take

I am suffering from deep throat problem and I think this is due to acid reflux. the pain also present at lower down near to stomach. I was taking omeprazole for a long time and took anti-acid syrup for a long time. but it did not help. I have a picture of the throat which I will be able to send during the consultation.

I am suffering burning sensation in my anus internally from last days and there is no bleeding and pain only burning sensation. i had a spicy dinner 2 days earlier and since next morning i am having this problem. i feel burning sensation whole day in left side of anus internally. externally its all clear and healthy. please suggest what should i do and whts happening to me

I am experiencing frequent acid reflux and heartburns. Also, often, I'd experience a sharp stablike sensation in my chest and throat.

I have pain in upper central abdomen area just below my breast which remains throught out the day. This pain increases alot within few minutes of eating food. I m eating khichdi and veg only still pain does not subside.
