Stomach Problems & Remedies

I’m on antiobiotics and have the flu but I can’t keep water or food down. 10-15 minutes after eating or drinking I have acute diarrhoea and severe nausea and will expel anything I have consumed. My diarrhoea is green/Black. I’m worried I am getting very dehydrated as I have no desire to drink anything.

I feel heavy inside most of the times and have less appetite. Stomach feels bloated too and feel pukish sometimes. Have a majorly desk job with sedantary lifestyle. Was diagnosed with fatty lever grade 1 two months back. Took medicines for some time and got relief. The problem is back now though less severe. Please advise.

I have done with LFT, stomach ultrasound,cronoscopy, hepatitis b & c test . All results are negative .it was fatty liver before 3 month now all right. On cronoscopy dr tell me I have constipation but I do normal stool . I was alcoholic for 4 yrs now I have left 4 month back. I feel stomach tightness.

I was diagnosed of IBS and I did a stool test and it says that my stool colour is yellow. The reaction is acid. And pus cells are 6-8hpf. No worms. I feel dizzy. I feel like gastric. Plus I have wheezing. There's bloating. I get fever sometimes.

My father is facing a problem of antibiotic indigestion. Means whatever he eat it's creating a burning situation in his stomach and he is feeling uneasy

Suffering with loose motions since 4pm yesterday. 6-7 times motions. Stomach ache (Intensity Moderate to severe). Anus feels hot during and after passing stool. Weakness and shivering. Mouth feels dry.

I weigh 70kg but I am only 5ft. I always feel bloated whatever I eat, I don't feel much hungry. I feel sometimes my stomach is gonna burst when I eat something that's hard to digest. I recently did LFT and the results are direct bilirubin is 0.12 and indirect bilirubin is 0. 37, with lots of gastric trouble. What does this result say?? Is my liver in a bad condition kindly suggest what to do , I am afraid .
