My GGT is 220 I m diabetic with sugar level 309 nd regular drink alcohol.how I m lower my GGT and blood sugar

My stool is sticky from last one year. Sometimes with mucus. Feels difficult in bowel movement. It becomes worst when i have spicy or non veg food. Doctor prescribed Darolac capsules. But it worked only for few days. I used to eat street food a lot. Please give a solution and suggest me a healthy diet.

I m having stomach pain. And acidity also, when never i take gastric medicine than i get some relief. And it agains start paining ag bedtime

Doctor 5 years before i had a severe tension which caused stomach problem. i lost weight and my bp was high. i visited different doctors but things  were worse. Then i met a great doctor and he said its all due to tension and anxiety whivh i developed without getting the right treatment. He also said that i hav develiped GERD and IBS. He treated my stomach as well gave me a temporary tension medicine. After two weeks he stopped tension  medicine. Then after 6 months i started to feel again problem of anxiety and stomach. But it was not like before. Now its been five years i struggled without medicine. Now i feel anxiety at night. And if in night my eyes will open and my stomach will feel gassy. Sometimes body gets very hot and sometimes cold. suddenly amd i will feel cold and i will find food. I feel like if i will not eat i will faint. As soon i eat i feel ok.

Whenever I travel in car with the air Conditioner on, it tends to do something to my body and I keep fart ing all through out the day! How do i stop this?

I am 67yrs female having following problem Indigestion, small meal fills stomach, gas, pain on left side below chest, diabetic, high BP

Imy sgpt is 70. I m having digestion problem.having constipation .mostly going to toilet after having food. N from yesterday I m suffering from loose motion stomach pain and fever.please guide me.

I feel no hunger. I have taken so many medicines like cyra ls practin liv 52 ds but no relief has been gain.

I have a pain in stomach, i thnk its because of ulcer in stomach. I usally occurs at bed time. And when ever i take gastric medicin thn it give me relief for 1-2hour
