I had a bleeding while passing motion...last week only for a day...post tht till date every daya while passing motion I feel a pain and irritation ..very uncomfortable. .I feel passing motion...what do I do and which doctor to consult ..kindly let me know ...

Hello Doc, I had undergone perianal abscess surgery in Nov 2016. After 2 months, a fistula was developed which needed a surgery as well, I underwent VAAFT in Feb 2017. It's almost an year now, I do not have any pain but still feel the thread/pin down under while wiping. It creates a little discomfort sometimes, can you please advise how long does it take for the thread to get dissolved ? Do I need to stay away from weight lifting until it is completely dissolved,  Do I need to visit for examination ? Or Any scan would help to be sure? Thanks in advance.
