My LFT RESULTS ARE SGOT IS 38 SGPT IS 61 GGT IS 74 Is it very abnormal, what can I do for it.

I had an inguinal hernia surgery on my right side april 2017. Every time I try to go back to the gym I feel as if I'm gonna pass out. I also still have a discomfort where my surgery was. It was an open surgery not laproscopic. I was wondering what could be the cause of the feeling of blacking out since I'm scared of going to the gym for this reason and if its fixable.

I am facing sentinel pile and fissure problem.... How many days will take to cure my problem? And if I use the medicines will sentinel pile be removed automatically or not?
