Mostly my stomach remains tight i believe its gastric problem Can i knw some gd medicine for this issue For strong digestion

I have been facing acid reflux since 20 days and due to that i always try to clear my throat. Please suggest me how can i get rid of this problem.

I am witnessing red coloured stool since today morning. No pain whatsoever though. I have 2 glasses of carrot beetroot juice since yesterday, could that be a reason or is it some internal issues? Is doctor's visit recommended?

I’m abroad and experiencing some gastrointestinal issues. I’ve had acid reflux, heartburn, stomach sensitivity, the feeling of a knot in my throat, sore throat, and nausea for the past three weeks. I was taking Zantac and it wasn’t helping, so I went to consult a doctor who gave me Nexium. I began taking it but it seemed to make my symptoms worse. I went to a different doctor who prescribed Valium and Buscopan to take with Nexium. Is this safe? Can I take them all? What side effects can occur?

Having burning sensation in chest I have taken digene and Eno but I can't see any difference kindly help me with this.
