Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been having pain with peeing and also having a hard time with bowel movements. I have to push super hard but the stools are soft there is also a lot of blood in the stools.

Yesterday when i woke up i was fine and then after sometime when i passing the stool i felt strong cramp in my stomach, started sweating badly and felt numb. I always have to try hard while passing stool but this has not happened earlier. I am not sure which doctor to consult on this

People feel warm atmosphere whenever I am there. I have a constipation issue since childhood and i am a 20 yrs old underweight man. I always have gastric problems. I'm not able to clean my full stomach.I go to washroom 7 times a day but not fully satisfied.I drink a lot of water along with warm water also ,eat 6 banana daily ,do some yoga daily.

I have been diagnosed with fatty liver grade I-II ..please suggest how to recover,I am very tensed

I've been having pain mostly in the upper stomach but also in the tummy for about 2-3 weeks now. First couple days I thought it was gas or acid so I tried anti acid tablets and didn't work. It stopped for a couple hours after ibuprofen. Same with pepto bismol. I know it might not be serious but it hurts and bothers a lot. What can it be?

As i take lunch gas formation starts. Thrre is no problem after emptyimg the stomuch in the morning. Gas dont pass and feels uneasy the whole day and night. Also feel problem in swalowing small thimgs. And gas blots while. Coming out from mouth. I have push it out.

Hii,my mother is suffering from fever ,chills, headache and constipation from past 5 days.She has the urge to defaecate but nothing comes out,she has to apply alot of pressure and it burns a lot.She has constant headache and the fever comes and goes,took medicines too but still not working,currently taking cremaffin for constipation .wbc count and haemoglobin count has dropped. What could be the reason? Please help

I have stomachace since past 12 days ...considering it a digestive problem ...i took some antibiotics as prescribed by a doctor but they werent helping so i had a blood test 2 days back and my lft report shows sgpt is 142 and sgot is 89 and bilirubin and biliverdin in normal range....do i have chronic infection...please help
