I tray everything for weight loss but I can't please suggest any medical treatment for weight loss please guide me

Last Friday I had laparoscopic surgery and had a decent size cyst removed from both ovaries. My abdominal is still very painful, swollen and I have been having trouble breathing and also weezing. is this anything to be concerned about?
