I am suffering from low digestion, and gastric trouble,especially a lot of fart,...as well no hunger...plz suggest some medicines

My father was 65.he is suffering from contineous loose motions.....he went to doc...doc advice him stomach scan.result is he is having stomach infection...he treated with antibiotics again problem started..........

Hi, I got diagnosed with an enlarged liver (span 16.1 cm) with fatty infiltration 1.5 months back. The doc just asked me to regulate my lifestyle. Since then I have had any non-veg, oil, potato or alcohol. After a 1 month detox I got a liver function blood test done. My SGPT came as 56(normal upto 40). Apart from this all other enzymes GGTP , SGOT are within range. Does this indicate something bad?. When can I resume my earlier life with the 1 alcohol day a week and some meat.

I have been experiencing severe abdominal Cramps and pain during stool movement for the past 4 months. Stool test revealed that it contained EH. I have been Consulting a Dr. Specialized in gastro for about to months and taking medicines but the effects havent worn out completely yet. So what am i supposed to do for complete recovery, Diet to follow etc.? I am a 23yr old Male

Loose motions since two days.Taking metrogyl 400 mg and entero phenol tablets twice a day , but loose motions continue to persist.

I haven’t went to the bathroom (pooped) in about 10 days. It hurts when I try to go. I’ve took stool softeners laxatives and tried hemmorrhoid creams but they’re not seeming to work. My stomach hurts all the time and it always feels like I have to poop but it hurts so badly for me to try I can’t complete it

I have stopped eating sugars for one year, right now my anus comes out after toilet, what and stay out for four hours what's the problem?
