I've been having loose motion from 3 days and pain in my stomach and I guess dehydration has also occured..what should I do now??

My baby is 3 month old and he has not having potty from last 3 days. Please suggest me a solution of this problem as it seems he is in pain. Your early response will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
