I always get headache, back pains and my stomach below button belly pains before my period starts or during the first day of my period. Why is it so?

3 days back i did a LFT and bilirubin total was 1.93 (Direct - 0.41 and Indirect - 1.52), i had performed the test after 12hr fastening , so is that a cause of increased bilirubin level ? or is it any major concern ? because the AST and ALT was normal. Albumin and A:G ratio was also normal but ALP was 194.

Burping a lot .bitter taste in mouth .. acidity behind the breastbone .. .anxiety after eating the food

I have fatty liver and indigestion problem. Doctor suggested me modification of life style. Which I am trying to follow. Can I take live 52 D additional. If yes what should be dose. This is supplementary for liver strength. Any side effects?

I've been experiencing a minor dull pain on my right side behind the lower ribs. I've also had trouble digesting oily/greasy foods, as when I have them, I end up feeling sick and have an upset stomach. On a few occasions after eating a meal/snack I experience multiple hours of severe cramping/pain in my stomach area. I am often constipated, and after the constipation I may experience diarrhea. These symptoms lead me to think Gallstones are the problem, but a recent ultrasound found nothing.

Red blood in stool and they are very hard and constipatuon .pain in abdoman(litle and suden) and lower back and near to anus .when pain start this pain is conduct to my leg .when right side is paining then left is in rest and when left paining then right in rest.And i have an acidity problem like chest burnig ,bad gas flying etc.hard stool is start after 3 month when iilled in amasay..I am 20 year now .Is this sirious or not.please tell. Sir/ madam, since last 10 days i have been suffering from blood loss along with faecus and from yesterday i am feeling very week and dizzy. please give me some suggestion. The amount of blood i loss everyday is very high.

Problem-Detected Gall Bladder Sludge with small mobile gall bladder concretions. Advice- Endoscopy Upper GI. Query- I have no faith in Surgery. Suggest non surgical, non invasive medical solution.

Due to some other reason doctor asked me for USG of upper abdomen. Accidentally they found gallstones. The report says 'Numerous small calculi found inside gall bladder, measuring 0.88 mm'. I have no pain. What to do now? Can it be treated with medicine or I have to undergo surgery?
