  4. Loose motion since today morning. Take?

Loose motion since today morning
I am having loose motion since today morning. I have gone 3 times since 6 am. The stool is like water. I have started taking Electral. No pain in stomach. Body cramp and slight fever is there. What medicine can I take? I have Orni-O and Norflox -TZ at my house.

Take enterolife aqua 3 times a day 3 days Continue ORS Take curd,butermilk,lemon juic with salt and sugar No need of antibiotics at present
