Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am facing pain in stomach at different parts from last 1 week, moreover from yesterday i am facing some chest pain near heart just after lunch dinner or any food. Also m facing abdominal fullness and kind of constipation. Suggest some thing to get relief. I am 25yrs old.

Everyday I experience acidity at night before sleeping and then feel like vomiting. I take iron tablets before sleeping as I was diagnosed anemic. Is acidity because of the tablets?As it usually happens after I take tablets and go to bed.
