Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm having frequent loose motions and weakness from past 8 months. And in this period it is found that i'm gluten alergic.Now i take gluten free foods,.but my problem is not resolved and my condition is getting worst.

I am suffering from loose motion more than two month consulted the docter they suggested it is diarrhea got medication but still problem is same..plz give suggestion.....

Iam suffering gas problem in stomach ,how can stop gas forming in stomach ....

I have attached a report where it is showing some problem( SGOT is  78 and SGPT is 130) to  my liver , however I m not facing any problem. Plzz suggest me about it. Report is of 15th May 2018.

My SGPT ALT is 71 and bilirubin is 0.47 how can i reduce this. this is my routine test

I have dngue fever last year august that time doctor do ultrasound abdomen no problem for liver. But now i have abdomen pin and doctor do ultrasound and the repotr was Normal in size and contur Parenchymal ecotexture is increased Portal vein is 11mm No ihbd and cbd Finally report was fatty infiltaration of liver and no focal  lesions. Please suggest what am do now is it dangerous to me am started excercises and not take fat foods.

My husband is suffering from piles problem since 2.5 months. I gave him fibrous food and he is drinking 2 to 2.5 ltrs in a day bt when he goes toilet to freshen up that piles come out.

Loose motion with stomach pain and fever from 2 days I am a male of 17 years old I think I have a food poison and I am using paracetamol 500mg and metrogyl 400 and norflox 400 twice

Does abdominal echography detect if there is water in Abdominal , or any swelling or tumor ?

I have abdominal pain with vomitting i have done usg whole abdomen see the report & advice.....................
