Hi Thanks For Your Time. Since Last 72 Hours I am having of fullness in Upper Abdomen, I am not having any Motion, No Burrping & Occasional Nausea. I consulted General Physian & He advised Me Pan-40, Dulcoflex. But I Had No Relief. I again visited the GP and advised me syrup Looz & Bifilac Capsules, By that I had Relief for some time But again it's back to normal. Please help me, i feel like dying. I NEED A GENUINE ADVISE, PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

I came for a trip with my friends,from last 1 week I'm having food outside only.suddenly it started paining below the chest and above the navel line,i had fantop 40 tablet also to decrease the pain ,but still it is paining ,its almost a day the pain have been started.kindly suggest me what is my problem

I am passing gas all the day for a while now no matter what I eat or how much I eat. Someday I feel I'm having constipation problem and the next day it's lose motion . Its kind of complicated. Please tell me what's going on with me. Could there be a bigger problem?
