Suffering from one year, apollo doctor chennai treates me but not cured, endoscopy report gastric mucosol erythema rut positive

Last 3 days feels bloated and with gases and after I eat there is need of going to toilet . Very frequent burping too

I've been facing digestive problem since more than a month and feeling mild squeezing pain in the lower back. Doctor has advised for a scan and got to know no calculus found in kidney and it's fine.
