Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello doc, My father have a problem of piles since 3-4 days. He is in pain. He can't even eating unhealthy food. He is really suffering from bad condition. Please give me at least one medicine name who give relief to him at least for a day.

Since two days very nauseating,one time vomiting and mild fever,abdominal pain vague,acidity,heartburn.

I feel i m unable to digest whatever i eat.. So many belches are coming.. Eventhough i drink water. What should i do?

Hello i went for full body check and found gall bladder partially distended multiple intraluminal calculi largest 19mm. Diffuse wall thickening in neck and proximal body. Liver is grade 1 fatty infiltration. All other reports good. LFT ok just sgpt a little higher. Pls suggest next course of action. I do not want to go for surgery as i am scared
