Stomach Problems & Remedies

My stomach keeps gurgling. I have nausea, cramps, dirrahea. I keep belching and another type of “gas”. I have just eaten but it is still kinda loud. Should I be concerned?

I have problems of acidity and Gass and suffering from this problem my stomach also full and also loss of appetite

Sir ,my current lft shows sgpt 54,Sgot 60,bilubrin total o.9,INR 1.02,ggt 90 Ultrasound report shows mild enlarge liver And rest of all are normal . Only irritable bowel movements so I take medicine and now digestion is ok. Please tell me is there any serious problem

I m taking alchol last 7 yrs my ggt value is 120 after that i consult doct so he prescribe reheptin after 20 days my ggt value is 80 but now indigestion bloating n anxiety after bloating is my main problem... Plz sugest any medicine...i use sucrafil o gel also it relieve me for few hrs

Hello doctor, I had frequent loose motions for more than a week so I showed to a gastroenterologist he gave me vsl3 in the noon and colospa in morning and night half hour before food. No loose motions now. But sometimes there is bloating and cramps now. Is it normal? Doctor is suggesting me to do colonoscopy and I dont think things are that serious. Please guide. Somehow i feel the doctor is doing the wrong diagnosis for me.

In my liver test, my SGPT level is 78 and my SGOT level is 52. Are these normal, or is there a serious problem?
