Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since last few days I am having gas problem with bad smell and sometimes mild pain in stomach and back. It is mostly post afternoon. I consume salad, yogurt and fruits in my daily meals and drink about 2-3 litres of water everyday including Luke warm water early morning. Sometimes have constipation problem but that is since last many years and not a new problem. Please advise what should I do for this gas /fart problem with bad smell.

This is my follow up consultation?Doc if my gall bladder is removed is there any side effects with my other organs like kidney,liver,pancreas or some other organs in my abdomen Im so worried about that. Thank you.

Hi sir my sgpt is47,sgot is 38 and other parameters are quit normal bt I'm diagnosed with alcohol fatty liver disease my height is 159,weight is 67,Doctors advice me take alchomax tablet for one month .from some days I have problems in my motions it can be little bit loose and watery. I'm not taking any outside food no milk products only curd one two two bowls per day. What can I do for that plz suggest me. My aunt has been taking the above mentioned medication for a few years which have been prescribed by a doctor. The medicines prescribed are very costly and not affordable for us. Can you please suggest some alternatives? I tried looking for alternatives on 1mg app and am attaching the screenshots for the same. Can you please let me know if they are okay to take, if not can u suggest the same?

My 17 months baby boy is having loose motions sometimes watery and sometimes sludgy from last 7-8 days. After consulting dr he advised ecomorm 1/2 sachet 3 times a day and z&d dry syrup 1ml once in a day. He was okay for one day but from next day he was as usual 6-8 times a day watery motions.

I'm 20 years old male. From last 10 days mucus is coming with stool. Stool is fine. But thick, jelly like mucus is present. Today I saw some blood in the mucus. Not in the stool. And some times I can hear gurgling sound from belly. Is it cancer? Will I die? No cancer record in family. U don't drink & smoke. I don't eat outside junk oily foods.
