Stomach Problems & Remedies

This is been started after having a chicken roll from a shop.Next day had some loose motion and later on that day the motion got little normal.Next day onwards i was having tierdness and a kind if fluctuating intensity pain in the right bottom side of the stomach.Next day felt little better with that, but this pain is happening after having food.From the oast 2 days its pains like in fluctuating intensity when ever i had food.Pain come in between also some times but mostly paining after food.There was no fever, vomiting or diarrhea, its just the pain fluctuating.

Respected Madam/Sir, Please prescribe some useful suggestions/medicines for my problem with the health condition that after taking my full meal when i go for bed, after sometimes the meal that i have took come upwards from stomach to mouth/nose.... However, I personally diagnose  It may be ... Gastro Esophageal Reflex Disease (GERD) Please suggest... Thanking You!!!

Sir, good evening...i have pain abdomen for two days .Dr. advised me to go through USG of whole abdomen...result is Grade 2 fatty changes in liver with homogeneous texture and mild splenomegaly, no ascites or fluid filled dilated bowel loops, horse shoe kidney without obvious calculus or hydronephrosis.

I am a 41 yr old female.I've been having a dull pain in the right iliac fossa since 2 weeks. Pain is mild, but disturbing and constant. As if something is in there. Got ultrasound done and all blood reports. Everything is normal. No bowel change or any other symptoms.. otherwise perfectly healthy.
