I have noticed that a day ago, I had a dark red stool possibly blood in the stool...and from today I notice that the stool is dark in color almost dark brown or black... This happened once a month back and later stopped by itself...I mean became normal.. Please advise

I have found blood in my stool. From last one month my stool colour is changing day by day. Dark brown, redis Brown, light yellow. I am facing gas problem. I have loss weight. Feeling fatigue. My thyroid Suger LFT and hemoglobin test are normal. Ultrasound test of upper abdomen is also normal. What can be the reason of it?
