I was suffering from constipation from almost 1 year ... Now i m having blood in my stool blood is bright red in colour and abdominal pain is also there which is very light .. before having blood in stool i was too constipated and had hard and black stool .. really worried

I'm suffering from anus fissure from the last 10 days. I need immediate relief. Please suggest some home remedies.

Hello sir, Earlier I was struggling with gastritis, but last year I had an deptt. Exam for that I continue studied for 15days on hard floor due to which I felt itch in in my anus I consulted a vascular surgeon who after examination said that I have a small crack in rectum canal. He  suggested a cream protosedyl tab sitcom, stool softener and pentaperzole for 15days after taking medicine the problem became silent for sometime and not completely gone. Now sir I'm feeling fullness and swelling rectum area without any bleeding and feeling discomfort while sitting I'm taking novamax 500 from last 2days.As I'm taking sufficient fibre. Pls suggest what should I do.
