Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I'm suffering from gerd. I avoid all citric items, soda, spicy,oily food. Still I have bloating feeling in stomach and unable to eat or sleep well due to this. I have done, dosa and a normal south Indian diet Please suggest a balanced diet, food to be avoided to help over come my issue I currently take one nexpro20 every morning. Has been suggested to take it for a month by gastroenterologist

Hello. I've had really bad diarrhoea, nausea and gas since yesterday. since today morning, I was also been passing water in my stool. what medicine and course should I take?

Iam facing problem of constipation. From 2weeks iam not getting motion regularly. Iam so concerned about this. Please help me out. Suggest remedy or medicine.

I was revently diagnosed with mild typhoid and treated. One of the tests done was USG abdomen and in the report it was mentioned Parenchymal eco pattern observed. What does it mean and should I be worried? Does it mean there ia damage to my liver or something? Please help.

My father who was perfectly healthy till last month lost 6 Kg in 20 days and then had fever , constipation and dark stools. The doctor recommended complete blood profile and the blood test came out normal. Even ECG is normal. He is mildly diabetic and sugar too showed under control. Hence doctor suspected stomach infection and fatigue due to exposure to sunlight and 40 degree temperature as the reason. Though the fever went away after that. He has some weakness. Is there any reason to worry for the weight loss? Kindly advise

Everyday for the past three or four months i’ve had diarrhea, and i know it sounds gross. i also every now and then get blurry vision, headaches, and just dizzy in general. i drink water everyday, but sometimes i feel dehydrated. is the water not staying in my system?

Started out with maroon colored blood surrounding my stool yesterday. In the afternoon I had a stomach ache and lack of appetite along with a sore throat with lots of saliva. In the evening I had a very warm temperature and chills. I vomited twice and have terrible body aches, especially in my lower back and sides.

Hi dr, I m 33 yrs old and my weight 79kg, 3 yr back I diagnose with hepatitis B. Today  I had fibrocan test in BMS hospital and it shows 8.3 as I know normal is 7.3 and my LFT is normal sgot is 18 and sgpt 36 and HBV viral load show 57050. What should take the next, am I suggested to take the treatment. Plz suggest
