For the last 2 days Im having a strange feeling in the portion between upper abdomen and chest..sometimes burning,sometimes nausea type(but not nausea),sometimes like hunger(not hungry,happens after eating also),also having chest pain(left side)..what is the reason?kindly tell

Sir/madam, I am suffering from diarrhea from 9 months. Recently hospital people performed all blood tests including stool and colonoscopy everything was normal but doctor said to do CT enterography (IBD protocol) but I went for CT enterography so doctor was not sure he said you should have done CT enterography (IBD protocol) . This CT enterography shows some lymph nodes were swollen doctor said I have performed colonoscopy there so no issues!!! He said if the problem reoccur we can go for another CT enterography (IBD protocol) after 2months . Can I go MRI abdomen instead of CT scan because I have read in Internet that CT scans have more radiation!! So please suggest me.

I am having stomach pain for 2 days on left side.and i am also using nsaids it damages my kidney or not
