I have been experiencing constipation for some time even though I taking fruits such as oranges , papaya etc. Further during normal time I getting motion three times i.e., after waking up, after having breakfast and also after having lunch

I'm getting yellow coloured loose motions very frequently, 6-7 times a day, with lot of gurgling sound in the stomach and also heavy vomiting, inspite of consuming light food like banana and curd and plain roti. Along with ORS solution. Taking O2 medicine twice a day and PanD before meals. Imodium is unable to control loose motions.

Hello I don't know the exact problem in stomach,when I eat spicy,citrus and outside food gas made in my stomach and than I had to go to washroom and after emptying bowl ,I feel fresh and citrus fruit and curd with masala hurt me a lot and make gas in my stomach and this led me gas and pain in stomach and I had loose motion and nowadays I left tea, coffee and outside food but sometimes gas and stomach problems persist and online doctor suggested me metrogyl 400 TDs and omperazol for 7 days and sporlac in 2-2-2 for 5 days, please suggest me some medicine and exact problem

Bilirubbin total 1.96 Direct 0.19 Indirect 1.8 SGPT 28 SGOT 23 as per blood report bilirubbin is high. Is it okay or I need medication. My USG report says grade 1 fatty for liver and rest of things are normal
