Crampy pain near navel and followed by passing of bad smelling gas since last one week...What is the reason...Also tell what type of diet should be followed for this problem

In 2017 had blood mixed with mucus with stool,in 2018 diagnosed as SRUS,apc done manometery- weak squeeze pressur defecography report is suggestive of rectoanal intussusception,surgery(STARR)planned,but later plan cancelled and told to do biofeedback,also tried but no improvement,then planned for rectopexy but also not done then colon transit study showed slow colon transit(colonic inertia)and then finally surgery for that(subtotal colectomy)just want to know whether intussusception will heal on it's own because doc said if constipation is reduced then hopefully there will be no straining and intussusception will not cause bleeding from or much problems.Is he correct or hiding something?but I feel intussusception is causing problem while passing motion because I feel heaviness in lower abdomen feel just motion will come out but it anus closes and nothing comes out at that moment and again after few minutes,it will come out,Is it due to intussusception?is further surgery needed?plz tell

I feel something stuck in throat...Every morning I get thick mucus in my mouth after I wake up...Also have chest pain...Is it due to reflux?Had nissen fundoplication done for hiatus hernia and reflux 3 years back...is reflux still present??plz tell I'm worried

I have taking antibiotic for 14 days but my symptom still remain maybe it is resistance to my body because I took mox 1 g cletromacine 500 mg and nesxum 20 mg for 14 days 4 weeks ago ,then after that I did endoscopy it shows H-pylori positive I have taking levoflaxine 500 mg with mox 1 g and rabeprazol 20 mg for 14 days but still my symptom and reflux remain kindly tell me what to do and please find my endoscopy enclosed attchment . And you can see the medics instead of clrtomacine I took levoflaxne because I told the doctor I have already taken that then he changed to levoflaxine please help me and tell me what to do I have very bad burning in my esophagus and shortness of breath . Please help me .
