Stomach Problems & Remedies

So looks like I ate something wrong last night outside and feeling the effects this morning. Had 2 cheese pepper chicken roll (which I guess was old). This morning I woke up because of a stomach ache leading to having loose motions. Not a spiking pain but yes there is little pain. And loose motion happened just once, will understand during the later part of the day if it is continuing or not. Need help and guidance.

I got a recent blood test . My sgpt and sgot level is high . My SGOT is 54 and SGPT is 97.7. what to do to reduce level. Please suggest me?

My daughter is close to 2 yrs now. She has had some kind of stomach infection because she had consumed outside food. She has vomited and now also has loose stools with fever. Doctor has treated her with regular medicines. But not sure what to feed her to keep her hydrated and also as diet.
