I am having loose motion very frequently.. I take medicine then i get relief but again after 3 4 days situation is same.. And also have stomach ache during that with gastric problem.. Actually i live alone and eat from outside.. Can it be the reason for this??or there could be some other reason.. do i need to see the doctor.. Please prescribe me some medicine

16 months ago i had usg in which it was opined that there is grade 1 fatty liver and size was 149 mm. But on 04/04/2019 i had usg again the size of liver was enhanced to 160 mm. I had some med under the supervision of doc but still the prob is persistent. I often used to have more Sgpt and Sgot.

Iam feeling pinching on left side of chest very often. , presently iam facing Acidity problem And for Hpylori I have taken kit for two months .
