Stomach Problems & Remedies

When I am in sitting on chair or table I am getting pain in stomach and unable to take a long breath But when I am standing or walking or sleeping I am feeling well, no pain in stomach and can breath easily... Any time I am feeling my stomach full And feeling pain in right side of chest and below the chest and back pain... Stool is not regular One time in 2 days

Spasms and audible Sounds(gurgling)coming from left side of abdomen and also lower abdomen(can feel on touching),on and off cramy pain( near navel passing motion 4 times(once I finish passing motion I sit for sometime and then again it comes out it has been happening for last 2 weeks),also passage of blood mixed with mucus followed by cramping in rectum..Motion is sour smelling..What is it due to?kindly answer...

Since i have had my Nissens fundoplication,whenever i drink something(or eat but mostly after i drink) a little more my left shoulder starts paining badly...why does this happen?It has been over six months now..I also feel bubble like something near the wrap...Is it normal?kindly answer
