Had surgery on 27th march(subtotal colectomy) total 28 clips were placed...still having discharge from wound near navel...what is the reason??plz tell..What medicine is required??

I got my ct scan done and the report says mild wall thickening and edema of rectal wall and pelvic small bowel loops with intraluminal  feces?I get red blood mixed with mucus in stool and incomplete evacuation?what does ct report mean?

I have few erosions in Jejunum and ileum...is there any need to be concerned about these findings?what problems can they cause and is there a possibility for these erosions to get deeper?

Do infections cause spasms(marod) and sounds in lower abdomen?I am currently on ciplox tz medication...These infections happen to me quite often and during the time of infection I get itching in body which causes red rashes,cramping pain near navel which reduces after passing gas,burning in chest and stomach and severe spasms (marod)in lower abdomen(I can feel them on touching)after which I feel like passing stool(along with blood and mucus)It has been happening to me since my childhood(every month,5 days of metrogyl tab for this prob)Why this happens to me?few days back saw small white moving worm in stool..plz tell me
