Sugar,thyroid normal cbc 11.5 but b12 526 vit d3 19.17 I have severe loss of appeptite and weakness since 15 days sleepiness and nausea for smells

After having my breakfast, my stomach feels tight and bloated. Please suggest medicine for relief.I usually consume alcohol.

I daily used to have black coloured stool though I don't eat anything having iron content except guava and apple as fruits and simple daal an chapati ..Is it serious ??

Helo Doctor , It's almost 6 month now after gall stones surgery by laparoscopic . After surgery doctor had asked to meet once and after that he said that now everything is ok and no need to come now . Just general suggestion do I need to do some kind of test ? To check if everything is perfect now ? I mean surgery and all ? Thanks

My 28 yes old brother has bleeding from anus since 2 days. There is no localised pain and burning sensation. Conspitation was occasionally, present day no constipation.what is the reason behind that streak bleeding.

I have loose stool for 2years in the morning if I change my bowel habit it is normal but everyday in the morning I have loose stool i went to gastroenterologist he advised ultrasound the report was normal and gave some medicine just for satisfaction he told it's lifestyle related after taking medicine for 3days nothing happened but from fourth day my stool in morning was normal for about 15 days it was normal but from a week now it's loose just like before I don't understand why can it be medicine killed bacteria but medicine was for 5days only so after the effect of medicine went I had loose stool the medicine he gave was metronidazole ip400 mg and rifaximin ip200mg twice and thrice a day how come after taking antibiotics my stool was normal as I have this problem for years but right now it's back to same no improvement I think I am losing weight because I can't absorb nutrition from food my muscles are also not developing malnutrition I think what should I do
