I've problem in digestion. Due to that I got loss in appetite and gas is bloating in my chest and stomach, making me feel like dizzy . What should I do?

I did amylase and lipase test. My amylase level is 146 and lipase level is normal. What could be the reason

I am obese guy of 40 years old. I have been having ulcer problem in the past from 2011. Endoscopy done twice in last 5 years. Recently done on 31st January 19. There was no ulcer. I was having Esomac L for last 2 months for GERD symptoms. I stopped having Esomac L for the past 8 days and eat spicy food. For the past 5 days I am suffering from stomach esophageal track burning chest pain, Nausea, reflux feeling. My question is whether Esomac L capsule has to be had lifelong? Whether my esophageal track get affected due to acidity reflux burning in the last few days? Is there any medicine to heal esophageal track wound? Please answer.

I'm on dieting bcoz of weight loss but i have some health related problems likes acidity then sometimes legs and headache pain, indigestion and gastric. Give me some medicine and treatment...

Facing stomach pain from last couple of days after every 40 mins pain occurs in the near middle of my stomach for few seconds . Don't know is it a gastric prob or other. Digestion has got bit bad from couple of days.

When I eat something my stomach feel very early. And I feel my stomach heavy for long time. Its like my stomach have air. Feel pen sometime.

I have low stomach acid and was advised to take Betaine HCl with pepsin tablet before each meal. I started out with 1 tablet and it’s gone up to 4 now and I still don’t feel any warm sensation or burning up in my stomach. Is it okay to up the dosage to 5 tablets before each meal? Is this something to be worried about?
